History
SEPR was founded in early 2026 by academicians Mustafa BULUT, Kadir GÖKOĞLAN, Şeyhmus DEMİR, and Aziz Mahmut YÜCELEN from Dicle University.
The team established SEPR with the vision of making science open, peer-review rigorous, transparent, and efficient, and leveraging the power of science and technology to serve the needs of researchers.
